The Jo-Nathan Foundation Shadowing Program gives selected high-school juniors and seniors the opportunity to learn first-hand about careers and the required job-skills needed for success by participating in real-life workplace experiences.
Students spend two weeks at a location that fits the interests and abilities of the youth. The student spends up to 20 hours per week at a job site and shadows selected employees to learn more about that particular career path. At the end of the two weeks, the student receives a stipend along with invaluable experience!
